About Us.

HVC Supplies was established in 1972, specifically to distribute a range of pressed steel and aluminium grilles and diffusers.

During 1980 HVC started to produce a limited range of aluminium grilles which was the start of a comprehensive range of grilles, diffusers and louvres that the company produces today. Many of the products have undergone extensive testing to ensure they meet the demands of local authority and specifier needs.

NCA manufacturing was established in July 1990 as a joint venture between Controlled Air of Canada, and the West Midlands based Air Movement Group. It was subsequently sold in totality to HVC in 2002. The acquisition of NCA added a complete range of fire protection equipment for ducting and fire doors, as well as fire smoke and volume control equipments, enabling HVC Supplies to offer a one-stop solution to all in duct and duct terminal devices from one reliable source, offering extensive knowledge and experience in these areas of air movement.

Recently HVC Supplies has developed a range of natural ventilation products including uPVC dampers compatible with our further range of weatherproof louvres and internal air terminals. Many projects have already been completed, as part of the strive to create greener solutions for the environment.

Today the company operates from two sites in the West Midlands. The main operations centre includes state of the art machinery, and has been designed to enable rapid throughput of all our core products. Our second site warehouses our stock range of products, encompassing grilles, louvres, diffusers, fire dampers and volume control dampers. At any one time over 25,000 units are in stock, ready for next day despatch.

Now a third generation, wholly family owned company, HVC Supplies recognises the vital role that cost plays in every business and our value for money policy is highlighted by the fact that we offer many standard products with a full, extensive range of options, delivered in days, rather than the industry norm of weeks.
