To ensure all of our ordering codes match up, we have decided to alter some of the S900 VCD ordering codes. The affected codes are:
Prior to this change 'M' denoted a damper with a galvanised steel frame and stainless steel blades in the S100, S200 and S300 fire damper ranges, and in the S600 fire smoke damper range, with 'S' denoting a fully stainless steel construction. S900 dampers however did not follow the same pattern, with 'S' denoting a galvanised frame and stainless steel blades and 'M' not being used at all.
By changing the codes to follow the same pattern, we hope to make it easier to understand our codes and aid you in ordering the products you require.
Please note, we realise many of our customers have hard copy price lists, we will endeavour to double check what you require should you order using an altered code.
