With two banks of individually adjustable blades, Series DD Double Deflection grilles are more suited to supply applications than their Single Deflection cousins. Just like SD grilles though, Double Deflection grilles are suitable for a wide range of settings, including ceilings, walls and on ductwork,
The second row of blades reduces free area by approximately 10%, therefore if an extract grille is required, we advise the use of single deflection or egg crate grilles.
Description
The two rows of blades are set at 90 degrees to each other, with one row set just behind the front most row. Gaps between the blades are sufficient to allow easy adjustment of blades, enabling custom blow patterns to be created. Whether these be targeted towards one area, or fanned out to affect a wide area.
A wide range of Series DD Double Deflection grilles are held in stock in RAL 9010 and satin anodized finishes. As always, simply place your order before 12pm, and provided the grilles are in stock and no further work is required, we shall endeavour to despatch the very same day.
Opposed blade dampers can be factory fitted to your double deflection grille. Adjustable through the grille blades with a screwdriver, opposed blade dampers allow easy volume control. See the options tab for more information on Series OBD Opposed Blade Dampers.
