For the most part Series FB Fixed Blade Grilles are identical to SD Single Deflection Grilles, and so they have pretty much the same uses. Best suited to positioning in ceilings, walls or on ductwork.
For extract applications, blades can be fixed at 0 degree, maintaining the greatest free area. Or for supply, 15 or 45 degree angles can be manufactured to provide a fixed direction of throw.
Description
A single bank of blades are used, which incorporate special protrusions on the blade ends. These protrusions seat into purpose punched holes within the outer frame, positioned to provide the desired blade angle. This means that, unlike some fixed blade grilles which are simply double wired, HVC Fixed Blades Grille blades really are fixed.
With the aerodynamic blade design created to minimise turbulence, and a range of frame types which are consistent across the majority of the HVC grille range, you can be assured of an excellent, consistent appearance.
