Series GEV Extract Air Valves are purpose designed to handle low air velocities like those found in heat recovery systems, now being commonly fitted to new build homes and offices.

Extract air valves are commonly used in areas like bathrooms and kitchens where there is an abundance of warm, humid air.

Description

Series GEV Extract Air Valves are made from steel, and have a stove enamelled finish for exceptional finish, durability and resistance to corrosion.

Their shape dictated by the need to minimise resistance to air flow, the centre of Series GEV Extract Air Valves is a smooth, rounded convex surface. This core can be screwed in and out easily, creating more or less free area, in effect air valves have their own integrated volume control dampers.

All air valves we sell come with a mounting ring designed to be screwed to the supporting surface. The body of the valve screws on to this, whilst a rubberised foam seal prevents any leaks from around the mounting ring.
