Linear Ceiling Diffusers create an even, horizontal throw, perfect for use with VAV systems, or conventional ceiling diffuser applications.
With a free area of 50%, LCDs can be used for extract applications, however the turbulence caused by the blade profile will result in noise and pressure drops in excess of those generated by a dedicated extract grille like an egg crate grille.
Description
Manufactured from extruded aluminium throughout, Series LCD Linear Ceiling Diffusers are both lightweight and strong. The blades, unique to LCDs can be set to direct air one way or in two ways with an equal or unequal split.
Although not marketed as non vision grille, Linear Ceilings Diffuser blade has a front most flat section covering much of the blade immediately below when looking directly at the unit, and so stopping line of sight from this angle.
For additional functionality, Linear Ceiling Diffusers are available with a range of options including volume control, hinged / removable cores and a wide range of possible paint finishes. Please see the options tab above for more information.
