With excellent air handling capabilities, Series LFCD Circular Diffusers are best suited to applications in airport terminals, warehouses and other large open plan areas.
With regard to mounting, circular diffusers can be fitted into conventional ceilings and connected into ventilation systems with flexible ducting, or mounted to the end of rigid spiral ducting.
Description
Commonly known as multi-cone diffusers, all major components in circular diffusers are made from spun aluminium, with all edges beaded to give the unit better rigidity and to avoid injury when handling. The aerodynamic design of internal components also results in avoiding the dreaded organ pipe effect, for the comfort of occupants.
Comfort is furthered using the special design of the internal cones and their mounting mechanisms. In much the same way as air valves, Large Format Circular Diffuser cores can be screwed in to provide a targeted downward throw, or screwed out creating a traditional sideways throw.
Circular diffusers are finished with stove enamel paint, and are available in any colour. Should you require volume control capability with your circular diffuser, we can factory fit a butterfly damper to the rear of the diffuser.
