Buildings will always need protection against fire, and while prevention is of course best, accidents will happen.
HVC S100CG Fire Dampers are backed up by a bank of ISO and BS tests, all passed successfully and all carried out independently of HVC. In an emergency, you can be sure your HVC fire dampers will perform.

All S100C Series Fire Dampers have a circular spigot, and as such are designed to be compatible with circular ducting, whether it be rigid spiral or flexible. During normal operation, the blade pack is stored within an extended compartment, making these fire dampers suitable for use in airstreams of any velocity.
Being constructed from galvanised steel, S100CG Fire Dampers are not designed for use in corrosive environments. See the related products tab for units designed for use in these environments.
The whole range of S100 Fire Dampers have been tested to both BS1366-2 (ISO10294-1) and BS476-20. A four hour test with 300Pa of pressure, and a six hour test at ambient pressure respectively.
To recreate the effects of long term use in ducting, we have also subjected S100 dampers to an array of reliability, dust loading and cycling tests, so you can be sure your dampers will fire, even after years of adverse treatment.
Even after the extensive testing, we know that a standard fire damper sometimes does not come with the features you may need. That is why we offer a comprehensive range of options including micro switches, remote operation devices and visual positioning indicators, all factory fitted to your S100CG Fire Damper.
