Protecting buildings and lives, and conforming with building regulations means that high quality fire dampers like our S100CS all stainless steel fire damper are essential.
This high quality is not just an opinion though, all HVC S100 Fire Dampers are certified to both British and International standards. In a fire you need the best protection available.

With both blades and frame made from stainless steel, these fire dampers have an exceptional resistance to corrosion, making them suitable for areas like swimming pools or offshore applications. Thanks to their blades being housed entirely out of the airstream during normal operation, S100CS Fire Dampers can be used in any velocity airstream.
Designed to suit spiral and flexible ducting, S100CS Fire Dampers have a stainless steel circular spigot enabling connection to spiral and flexible circular ducting.
Testing for all S100 Fire Dampers includes BS1366-2 (ISO10294-1), a four hour fire test at an extreme 300Pa of pressure. As well as BS476-20, a more endurance focused test lasting a full six hours at ambient pressure. In every case S100 Fire Dampers satisfied the requirements.
Conditions inside ductwork however are rarely clean, and normal maintenance routines call for damper operation to be checked, requiring the damper to be closed; unlike in testing where dampers are clean and brand new. So HVC S100 Fire Dampers have undergone reliability, spring cycling and dust loading tests to guarantee operation.
A fire damper needs to suit its environment perfectly to be truly effective. That is why on top of the choices offered by different models, we offer an extensive range of options including visual position indicators, micro switches and solenoids. All extra equipment is factory fitted for ease of installation.

Don't Need Fully Stainless?
Perhaps you don't need so much corrosion resistance, S100CM Fire Dampers use a galvanised not stainless frame |
|
HEVAC or Plasterboard Frame Needed?
With the choice of either, S100CSH Fire Dampers bring the additional benefits of a builderswork frame |
|
Square/Rectangular Spigot
S100CS Fire Dampers are designed for circular ducting systems. For square systems S100BS Fire Dampers are required |
|
Flat Oval Spigot
Perhaps you need a flat oval spigot not circular. S100DS Fire Dampers will be of more use to you |
