Fire can never be completely ruled out anywhere, and with the capability to destroy buildings and kill occupants, it is a threat which needs to be countered carefully.
Part of countering fire effectively is using certified fire dampers like our S100DGH. Able to stop the spread of fire for up to six hours buys invaluable time for fire fighters to come in and combat the fire while it is still localised.

Delivered factory fitted with either a HEVAC or plasterboard fixing frame, S100DGH Fire Dampers are designed to become an integral part of the fire partition they are placed in. The frame strengthens both the wall and the damper, helping to resist the extreme distortion that may occur during a sever fire.
In HVC Fire Damper codes, "G" denotes a fully galvanised steel construction. These dampers are therefore not intended for use in corrosive atmospheres, where the risk of the blade pack becoming fully seized is a real danger. The flat oval spigot makes fitment into flat oval ducting quick and effective.
With BS1366-2 (ISO10294-1) and BS476-20 all satisfied across the entire S100 range of fire dampers, you can be certain of excellent performance even in the most extreme fires with your S100DGH Fire Damper. In addition to fire tests, all fire dampers also satisfy DW144 leakage tests.
S100 Fire Dampers have also undergone reliability, spring cycling and dust loading tests, simulating the effects of years of being sat inside a duct. All tests resulted in dampers being able to close effectively when subjected to flame.
With our wide range of options available to suit your new S100DGH Fire Damper, we are able to make your damper suit whatever requirement you have.

Don't Need an Installation Frame?
You may not need a HEVAC or plasterboard fixing frame. S100DG Fire Dampers are therefore more suitable |
|
Corrosive Substances Present?
If exposure to substances like salt or chlorine is likely, S100DMH Fire Dampers with their stainless steel blade pack are more suitable |
|
Square/Rectangular Spigot
S100DGH Fire Dampers are designed for flat oval ducting systems. For square systems S100BGH Fire Dampers are required |
|
Circular Spigot
Perhaps you need a circular spigot instead of flat oval? S100CGH Fire Dampers will be of more use to you |
