The 4-way ceiling diffusers we supplied were suitable for lay-in ceilings and are kept in stock at HVC, ready for next day despatch. The 2-way and 3-way ceiling diffusers we supplied were manufactured to different sizes to ensure the appropriate air supply in each area.

In addition to the kitchen and dining area, there was a requirement to help provide ventilation to the bar. On weekends, the bar can be one of the busiest sections of the restaurant so it was important there was a sufficient supply and extract system in place to cycle air in and out of this zone.

We supplied our HVC Series DD, double deflection grilles to aid in supplying air into the restaurant. Our Double deflection grille has two rows of adjustable blades set at 90° apart which allow up to 45° deflection of the air in two planes.

We also supplied a few of our HVC Series ECG, egg crate grilles to aid in extracting air from the bar area. Comprising a core with over 90% free area with vanes parallel to airflow, our egg crate grilles are capable of handling huge air volumes with minimal noise generation or pressure drop. Ideal for areas requiring high changeover rates such as the bar area at Hickory’s smokehouse, Nuthall.

All of the grilles and diffusers that we supplied for our client were powder coated to match the different colour schemes throughout the restaurant. Colours included RAL3011 red/brown, RAL7011 iron grey and RAL1013 oyster white. These RAL colours were all in stock at HVC at the time of order along with a wide range of other RAL and BS colours.
